Down Hall wedding photographer
Down Hall wedding photographer, my first time at this Essex venue. I’ve shot over 400 weddings and have covered most of the local venues, but Down Hall has illuded me for some time! It’s a stunning Essex wedding venue for photography. Beautiful grounds. Grand rooms and an impressive facade.
So the day itself. Jamie and Sarah. I met the girls at The Lion Inn in Essex for some getting ready wedding pictures. The room was buzzing with activity, music and laughter. All in high spirits looking forward to the day, which was turning into an absolute scorcher. Sarah a vision of calmness and looking just stunning.
My great friend and superb wedding film maker – Rupert Ward-Lewis was on hand. Working in the background, creating a natural story of the day. Infact Rupert and I were working together on a double wedding weekend.
The mercury was rising when I arrived at the Essex church for the service. This was going to be one humid day. Jamie and the guys were in good spirits, greeting guests as they arrived. Sarah arrived in a stunning white Bentley. I love the shot of her looking out of the window with the bridesmaids reflected in the glass.
A wonderful catholic service. Some great emotional shots outside the church as guests congratulated the happy couple.
My afternoon as a Down Hall wedding photographer was a great experience. The sun beating down. Some great areas for group and couple wedding photography shots. A very cool crowd to work with an be around. We used the setting sun to add warmth and atmosphere to the shots. Jamie and Sarah seemed very relaxed in front of the camera and were a pleasure to photograph.
I hope I get another opportunity to be a Down Hall wedding photographer. great couple, stunning light and a good venue. I left Down Hall a content photographer!
