I never met Jo and Henry before their wedding day. They seemed just so laid-back and relaxed about things during our email conversations leading up to the wedding. Meeting them in person clarified my thoughts about them. Calm. Caring. Thoughtful and both gifted with a witty humour – wonderful character traits for two doctors.
The day started for me catching the guest coach from Aynhoe Park to the Hertford College Chapel in Oxford University. Henry and the guys were awaiting the arrival of the guests at this beautiful university chapel with it’s ochre stone walls and rich glass windows.
Jo arrived with her father, taking a walk through the beautiful chapel gardens. Henry, calm and collected awaited the arrival of his beautiful bride. A wonderful service and a magnificent environment to work in.
Back at Aynhoe Park the drinks were chilled and a welcome relief from the humidity of the day. Guests meandered around the park grounds, taking in the tranquility and beauty of Aynhoe Park.
The rustic walls and a modern bench made a suitable location for the family group shots. After this the speeches were held in the Orangery. Great humour blended with honest sincerity.
Wedding photography Aynhoe Park offers a blend of the unique with classical. The library being a firm favourite of mine with it’s dressed animals in hats and mix of the weird and amazing. The grounds offer up a more classical feel lined with mature trees and views across a valley.
My favourite Oxfordshire venue. A great couple. Jo and Henry, my best regards for a future full of happiness together.
